Lord Krios the Siegebreaker
Had a chance recently to paint some more chaos terminators.
This time is a terminator chaos lord of a custom warband.
He’s a former Iron Warrior that joined a Word Bearers warband called the Doomed. The image was painted from miniature reference: https://www.instagram.com/p/CwSXAkUtRiV/
And more description taken from there: Poliorkitikos Krios, a former Iron Warrior who joined the ranks of The Doomed warband, has rapidly risen through the command structure when the warband found its combat doctrine lacking in battles of attrition. In times of need Krios is elevated to the rank of Lord Commander but outside campaigns he prefers to go by his Council title “Lord of Siege”. His equipment includes: indomitus-pattern terminator armor salvaged from a slain Imperial Fist captain standard combi-melta with self-calibrating combat optics feeding directly into a split ocular nerve Bane of Bulwarks, a sonic thunderhammer crafted by πππ©π ππ€π§π§πͺπ₯π©ππ. The impact of each hit is so severe Krios had to retrofit a powerfist to absorb the raw kinetic force able to rip an astartes arm open.

In this work I wanted to return to this creature, I guess it’s a sort of deeply customized titan. And to show how it is maintained.
The place of action is the warband’s space ship the Iron Maw which I also happened to paint. The creature restores its power before next battle.

Sons of Velmorn, my fan art
Decided to paint some skeletons One part Sepulchral Guard, one part Son of Velmorn. Hey everybody! Sometimes I have a mood for undead/skeletons painting. Not that bones and withered flesh themself has some particular artistic taste to me. I would rather prefer to see them within some settings, especially fantasy style like. So happened I was looking for something to paint, and then once I had seen these Sons of Velmorn, I thought to myself that it would be very funny and relaxing to paint these undead warriors. So I painted two of them, you may check them in my artstation portfolio if curious.
Some time had passed and I felt that I want to return to these characters to paint some others of them. So here they are marching after their important undead business. I incorporated one of them from the previous art and added few more warriors.
